Refit is our sports programme delivered in partnership with Pompey in the Community,  providing daily leisure activities, including, badminton, football, table tennis, chess club and access to the gym and boxing/fitness sessions.

Refit also provides pathways into education, volunteering and employment, with NVQ Health & Social Care Levels 2 & 3 also being offered alongside other workplace training initiatives.

Taking part in regular exercise and group activities can significantly improve the quality of life for vulnerable people and our service users report significant improvements in their physical and mental health, self esteem and social interaction.

If you would like to get involved in sessions, please fill out the Re-Fit Referral Form or for further details:

My battles are well documented, so sharing my experiences will encourage more people to access this great service and get much needed support. Asking for help was the scariest thing I’ve ever done in my life but also the best thing I’ve ever done
