If you're dissatisfied with any element of SSJ's service or provision, you can make a complaint. This can be done by email, phone, via any member of staff or by completing the online form below. Your complaint will be taken seriously and investigated. Complaints help us learn where we've gone wrong and improve things for the future.
There are two stages to our complaints procedure, after which (if you're an SSJ resident), you may contact the Housing Ombudsman if you are dissatisfied.
