In 2022 The Society of St James was awarded the contract to deliver floating support to residents of Southampton on behalf of Southampton City Council.
Through this service we are able to provide support at all levels to individuals who are living in their own homes if they are concerned about their tenancy.
If you are a Southampton resident or know of any Southampton resident who is struggling to manage their tenancy or related issues please email with your contact details and someone will be in touch within 2 working days.
Alternatively, you can visit one of our drop-ins, no appointment required, to get help and advice on any tenancy concerns you may have:
- Woolston Library - every 4 weeks - 10am-11am (Upcoming Sessions: 6 November & 4 December)
- Above Bar Church - weekly - 10am-11.30am
