St James Care Linden House is our sister home to Radstock Road, where we recognise that some of our people we support have longer term health and capacity needs, and some of our residents have made a conscious decision to use alcohol as part of their day to day living – our role is to help them do this more safely so that they can still enjoy their daily lives.

By managing our residents’ money and their health needs, we support them to make informed choices to gain some independence but to better manage their money and lifeskills in a safe and homely environment. This is to reduce the safeguarding risk many of our residents have faced during their lives as they may have used alcohol for many years, which has put them in vulnerable situations.

Residents have access to excellent facilities, including a regulated fully equipped modern kitchen, ample communal spaces with smart TV's with Netflix, iPad and Alexa. There are lots of daily activities and trips out in the minibus we share between the two homes, a beautiful rear garden with a sunny outlook, raised flower beds, lots of seating areas, shelters and smoking areas.
